Keeping the safety of our participants in mind, we have chosen a modified format for the 16th Annual Auction that revives some of the weekend’s most popular activities while maintaining virtual bidding to eliminate the need for large group gatherings. 2021’s auction will see the return of patron dinners, with nine intimate wine dinners slated across the Emerald Coast in private homes and popular restaurants. The large auction tent of years past that brought over 600 wine enthusiasts together for Saturday’s live auction will remain virtual for another year. This will allow guests the option of attending a DCWAF watch party or enjoying the broadcast from the comfort of their home.
Guests will have the option of registering for seats at both a patron dinner and watch party or just a patron dinner based on their comfort level with group settings. For those that would prefer not to gather, a fully virtual auction at home experience is also available for purchase. Packages including in-person events are extremely limited.
About the Event:
Join us online on Saturday, April 24, at 4 PM (CDT) to support Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation. We’ll come together for a shortened but impactful livestream program, and you’ll have the chance to bid on some great auction packages while supporting children in need of Northwest Florida.

How do I participate in the virtual Auction?
Purchase a Patron Package or Sponsorship to gain access to our Online Bidding site and livestream. You will receive your personalized link before the event goes live on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 4PM (CDT). Pre-programming will begin at 3PM (CDT).
What will the program be like during the virtual Auction?
This program will be a celebration of our work over the past 16 years as well as an opportunity for you to continue supporting Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation's 16 children's charity partners during this critical time. The auction itself will be virtual and you will be able to bid from one of the DCWAF watch parties or the comfort and safety of your home. The Silent, Super Silent, and Almost Live lots will open Friday, April 23 at 9 AM (CDT). Live bidding will begin virtually on Saturday, April 24 at 9 AM (CDT), and our live auction broadcast will begin at 4 PM (CDT) presented by our auctioneer, DawnMarie Kotsonis. Be sure to bid high and bid often as these Live lots will close periodically during our broadcast. You will be able to join us on your phone, laptop, or even through your home television.
All other online bidding will close on Sunday, April 25 at 12 PM (CDT).
If I win an online auction package, how do I pick-up that package?
If you have won an auction package and we are able to mail you certificates, we will do so, if not, pick-up will be available starting Monday, April 26 by appointment only at the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation Office (195 Grand Boulevard, Ste 200, Miramar Beach, FL 32550). At this time, we are not able to ship items to auction winners.
